Graduate Administrator/Office Manager (6-Month FTC)

Graduate Administrator/Office Manager Responsibilities:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation that has offices all across the UK and the world. You will be provided with support but will need to be experienced in business administration and/or ideally Office Management so that you are able to hit the ground running in a role where you will benefit from responsibility and autonomy. Duties will range from:

  • Support general business administration, assisting senior staff and the wider team.
  • Be the focal point of contact for a UK Office purchasing. Facilitating, assisting and owning the process.
  • Management of all office management tasks.
  • Assist with Health & Safety.
  • Manage employee expenses
  • Project work to improve processes and day-to-day office operations and logistics.
  • Take ownership of office moves, company events and meetings etc…
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries

Graduate Administrator/Office Manager Experience

Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced candidate. You may have previous operational/administrative experience in a previous role or, perhaps, be an Office Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge. Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who has the experience to take control of the running the Office and supporting the team as well as advise on new best practices/processes for improvement. You will be highly numerate and confident with tasks related to finance. If you are an organised, enthusiastic and flexible candidate with a keenness to develop and strong communication skills then we’d love to hear from you.

The role is diverse with a lot of autonomy and responsibility coupled with excellent team support. There is also the opportunity to develop in this role and grow within the company over time.

Based in West London, there are many local amenities of note close by. The office is most easily accessed via the District and Overground lines. The office is large, open-plan and ideally located.

Our client is a leading communications consultancy. They are an exciting and rewarding company to work for and with. They take pride in their excellent customer service and doing things differently.

Company hours are 9.00 am – 5.30 pm. The London office is currently around 50 people strong. The immediate team you will be working alongside is comprised of 10 people with you reporting into the Director who is hands-off in her management approach. Globally the organisation currently has c. 200 employees and is growing.
