Job Description
This position is based onsite at the London Borough of Haringey. You will act as the main point of contact to partner with the client to deliver the contracted temporary recruitment services. This will involve taking responsibility for ensuring that a customer focused and effective service is delivered and that all business opportunities, both contracted and new, are optimised for mutual benefit. Your role as a Recruitment Partner will include:
Key accountabilities
- Proactively meeting / engaging with hiring managers to determine current and future requirements and develop an effective talent pipeline of external candidates in partnership with the candidate sourcing teams
- Developing strong relationships with the business to promote the recruitment service & capability
- Leading the way in developing and executing direct sourcing/candidate attraction strategies to ensure the highest calibre of candidates are attracted
- Working together with the Sourcing Partner to short list appropriate candidates, facilitate interviews and manage the candidate closing process
- Ensuring the recruitment process is managed in accordance with current legislation, advising the business on recruitment best practice and market updates
- Ensuring all contracted service levels are met and data integrity in maintained at all times
- Providing a best in class permanent recruitment service to Hiring Leaders and Candidates.
Skills & experience
To be successful, you will have a proven track record in recruiting permanent candidates for blue chip organisations, ideally within an RPO/MSP environment.
You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and collaboratively with other colleagues. You should enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner within a complex stakeholder environment. The right candidate will be well-organised, customer service / delivery focused and detail-orientated, to deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
