Salary: MPS/UPS
Start date: September 2019
Contract: Maternity Cover
NQTs welcome to apply

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed Multi Academy Trust. St Thérèse of Lisieux CMAT is one of four newly created Catholic Multi Academy Trusts (CMAT's) in the Diocese of Nottingham, which provides consistent, proactive and high-quality support to all staff within our care. Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Primary school is a small school located in the town of Sleaford. With 150 children on roll we promote and cherish our 'family' character so can confidently state our school is a happy and caring place to be.

With the news of an imminent new arrival to our school family, we are keen to find a special teacher (with appropriate skills, knowledge, talent and ambition) to join our friendly team, in this maternity cover post.
Every teacher in the school takes up some level of leadership responsibility, making this an excellent professional development opportunity for those early into their career or more experienced practitioners too.
At Our Lady's we have small class sizes, excellent resources, well behaved and motivated children and highly supportive families.

The successful candidate will:
* Support the Catholic ethos of the school (you do not need to be a practising Catholic)
* Be a consistently good teacher with the potential to be outstanding
* Have a passion for teaching and learning
* Be committed to raising standards

What we offer:
* Competitive salary
* Pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement
* Excellent professional development opportunities

If you are interested in applying for the post, please contact our recruitment partner, Jessica Galvin on or to request an application pack.

If you would like to experience the ethos and atmosphere or our wonderful school, we would warmly welcome your visit. Please contact Jessica Galvin to organise.

The deadline for application forms is 17 June at 12 noon.
Interviews will take place on 24 June 2019.
