My client, a global giant within the Technology industry, is looking for a Recruitment and Administrator Coordinator to join their team in Cambridge, on a 18 months contract.

Job Description

  • We are looking for an administrator support/resource that happens to work within the recruitment/hr function.
  • The ideal candidate will excel at scheduling meetings and calendars and enjoy doing so. The chosen candidate will be aware that you are balancing the needs of others' diaries and trying to fit multiple calendars into one day. Person needs to be focused and dedicated to the tasks at hand.
  • We are looking for someone who has employee experience as in working closely with managers and/or other parties.
  • The ideal candidate would have worked in a recruitment/HR function beforehand and has the ability to work independently as well as working with onsite and remote teams.
  • They will also be working with multiple IT and tracking systems therefore needs to be able to highly organized, incredibly efficient at coordinating activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process interview requests. Liaise with staffing, hiring managers and candidates. Coordinate complex interview schedules, manage all interview queries and handle pre, during and post interview logistics.
  • Manage the recruitment tracker. Update content.
  • Process new hire requests. Coordinate on-boarding logistics and manage new hire queries.
  • Manage new hire induction day. Coordinate first day of arrival logistics for new hires, including hosting first day HR inductions.
  • Field and process employee and manager enquiries as appropriate.
  • Provide support for meetings and events. Handle pre, during and post meeting requirements.
  • General admin duties. Standard duties to include, but are not limited to: minute taking, preparation of letters, fielding telephone calls, raising purchase orders, purchasing collateral, arranging catering, assisting with projects and booking training.
  • Manage local web based content on the Intranet.
  • Use of IT and tracking systems for recruitment scheduling
