My client is a leading educational technology business who provide assessment tools to schools across the spectrum nationwide. They have recently restructured there sales and account management team and are now looking for an Strategic Account Director to come on board and help deliver a new strategy around customer lifecycle and success.

They help schools gauge where there students are and allow teachers to identify specific needs of students and learning styles so they can better deliver and engaging approach to their lessons

Description

The successful Interim Customer Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for:

  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Director and her leadership team to implement a whole customer life cycle
  • Deliver appropriate to customer spend and group.
  • Support customers throughout the customer journey ensuring they have an appropriate onboarding experience allowing them to get the best value from their investment, this is backed up as they use the product and issues are resolved swiftly to lead to a high chance of renewal.
  • Lead the development and training of the Account Management teams to successfully support customers through their customer journey to renewal and develop and embed strategies and processes to open up new opportunities for cross and upsellupsell of existing customers.
  • Being data driven, ensure the efficient coverage of the customer base and maximise all opportunities.
  • Review the systems used to support the customer lifecyclelifecycle process and work to integrate and simplify them further, in order to increase the efficiency of the Account Management teams
