Job Description

As a result of an exciting new project on behalf of one of our clients, JLT are recruiting for 2 Team Leaders to join the Customer Support Centre as part of a project team to be based in Edinburgh. We are looking for candidates with good supervisory and customer service skills who have worked in a quality and compliance environment. Financial services background is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided. This is a 5 month FTC likely starting mid-May.

The role

The role is varied and responsibilities include supervising and training your team, following all processes and ensuring that procedures are fully documented. You will have appraisal meetings with your team using competency based assessment tools, maintain development and training records and complete technical and behavioural competency reviews.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you to have customer service team leader or similar experience from a quality and compliance environment and preferably but not essentially with experience of Financial Services.
