Job Description

I've got a great opportunity for a Field Marketing Marketeer to join a market leading organisation with the property sector for a 9-month contract.

Working as a key member of the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing, co-ordinating and executing marketing activity for their given region to increase re-booker rates. The role focuses on the acquisition of new business bookings, re-bookings and referrals through a diverse marketing strategy, encompassing both relationships building and brand collaboration, as well as traditional online and offline methods.

As well as delivering on their own objectives the role will require effective and collaborative working relationships with the Head of Marketing and regional sales and operational teams as well as other marketing disciplines to implement excellent, localised activity. These activities range from delivering spectacular industry leading events, to creating partnerships with local business and student groups to drive brand awareness and therefore improve income and occupancy. The role will also support the brand's ambition to provide an industry leading customer experience.

Responsibilities of the role:
-Generate leads through a multi-channel strategy including online and offline techniques
-Strategic planning and tactical execution of a marketing plan for each residence in co-ordination with local sales and operational team
-Regular event co-ordination and execution obtaining a 4.5+ average app score for events
-Regular meetings with partners to grow the brand through collaboration and nurturing of established partners to expand on the collaboration opportunities
-Responsibility for all customer facing touchpoints with an ongoing requirement to review all assets to ensure messaging is kept up to date and brand relevant
-Management of people and project management of campaigns
-Assisting with the implementation and execution of the company marketing strategy
-Providing on-going insights into how we can develop and improve future campaigns
-Localised competitor analysis
-Comprehensive reporting on all channel performance cumulating in a marketing performance dashboard
-Deliver marketing activities to regional budget
-Involvement with shaping sales and marketing strategy

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can galvanise a growing team within a dynamic and fast paced working environment. You will be a confident multi-tasker who can get creative, problem solve, work and perform under pressure and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following:
-Experience with B2C marketing
-Experience working closely with sales to achieve commercial objectives
-The ability to network and grow a contact base
-Ability to self-motivate and use own initiative and creativity to work independently
-Experience of brand building, partnerships and collaboration
-Experience of working with external suppliers
-The ability to report on ROI from marketing activity
-The ability to work to a deadline and under pressure
-A willingness to travel in order to achieve business objectives. 60-80% of time is to spend in residence.
-Ability to maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the business.
