Job Description

Do you want to kick off the New Year with an exciting opportunity based in East London? I am looking for an Administrator on a contract or permanent basis to work in a large team on a BRAND NEW project with great longevity!

This role is a chance for an Administrator to work on a flagship project, in an experienced and busy team who can help you develop and grow, with amazing potential and progression. Don't want to miss out?

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside senior employees, organising day to day diary management, phone management, reporting and arranging meetings.
  • Organising holiday rota, events, booking training courses
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Arranging food and other requirements for meetings
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders onto Sage
  • Being responsible for staff birthday cards and helping with arrangements for social events
  • Apply for permits and licences where applicable
  • Maintaining internal contact databases of supplier details and associated info
  • Weekly outstanding order acknowledgement report
  • Creating, formatting and updating documents using Microsoft packages

Successful candidates must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
  • The ability to multitask
  • Good attention to detail
  • Live within commutable distance from Project

It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
