Job Description

Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are currently working with an Engineering company based in Sheffield who are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator on a 12 month contract with high possibility of turning permanent.

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Responsibility for the administration & management support in the performance & of the Account Managers in conjunction with own account management in line with agreed targets & tasks
  • From allocated customers - achieve required volume & margin taking any appropriate action to remedy any shortfall in agreed targets
  • Issue quotations that reflect both the requirements of the customer whilst satisfying any statutory obligations or agreed engineering standards
  • As directed carry out administrative tasks in support of the Account Managers
  • Update system with customer detail changes, amendments
  • Establish and maintain strong communication links with inter-company departments
  • Produce key performance indicator reports, MIS reports on a frequency as determined by the business.
  • Identify & log opportunities for new business and expansion of existing business
  • Booking in services
  • Booking in training
  • Logging breakdowns
  • Requesting further information from site
  • Calling sites to advise engineer attendance to site status
  • Quotation follow up
  • Database update - customer details
  • Support & help CSAM in daily activity
