We have an exciting opportunity for Care Services Manager to join LloydsPharmacy. In line with the Lloyds Pharmacy Healthcare Services Strategy and Care Homes Sales Strategy, the Care Services Manager Care Homes (CSMCH) is primarily responsible for growing Lloyds Pharmacy’s market share of Care Homes business with a prime focus on regular recruitment of new, and retention of existing, care home business

Working closely with the network across a defined geographical area you will support the pharmacy teams in driving profitable care homes business through their excellence in sales and after sales activity driving new and retained business and in converting existing care homes to original pack dispensing.

Achieving and attempting to exceed the sales targets set for HCS Care Homes business, retaining the business to the target levels required through after sales activities and working closely with the cluster and branch managers, protecting the brand and establishing Lloydspharmacy as the provider of choice within the Care Home Market

For this role, you must have previous sales experience, preferable in the Care Home Market, and be confident and able to act on your own initiative.

You will have the ability to understand the marketplace and make sound commercial judgements and decisions and very customer focused.
